Fun in the Sun (FITS), United Way's National Award Winning six-week summer learning program, builds betters futures for 300 at-risk children and their families. You can help! Students in Grades 3-8 learn character and team-building, improve their reading abilities, participate in and enjoy arts performances - many for the first time - and challenged by hands-on STEM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math); including robotics. Your scholarship gift ($1500 provides a full scholarship) will make it possible for students to participate in FITS next summer, return to school in the fall on par with their classmates, and continue to succeed.
